Hawks return to league action

The SD Hawks emerged from their winter hiatus to return to league action this month, taking on two of the senior team’s old adversaries.

First up was an away trip to Eastleigh on February 11th, which saw a 3-2 defeat with goals from Alex Baldacchino and Matthew Bremford. Then last week the Hawks took on Weymouth at home and toughed out a 0-0 draw. The Hawks currently rest seventh of the eight teams in the Conference South A League, but have several games in hand, and in an exceptionally tight league need just one win to go second.
